Field Personnel
Mark: Our employee that has been with us the longest, over 18 years. Mark, just like all our employees started out at the bottom and worked his way up. He now is our "Master of all skills" and is involved with our GFRC Product Division. He is in charge of the installation of this beautiful product and is a master at making all the parts and pieces turn into a masterpiece. Mark also lends his experience on some of our commercial jobs and some of the especially difficult residential skylight jobs. ALL my customers love Mark.
Dave: Dave has been with the company for 8 years and is in charge of the skylight installation division. He has now installed about as many as Mark and Rob have installed over the years. Dave also is in charge of overseeing the skylight repair division and frequently works on our commercial jobs, especially the out of town ones. Dave is a work horse and guess what? ALL my customers love Dave.
Tom: Tom is relatively new to our company but has fit in well. He has learned the trade side by side with Dave and Dave gives him a big thumbs up. Tom has worked in the skylight business for over 20 years and will be involved in our Commercial Division.
Jeremy: Jeremy has many duties with our company and has been with us for over 4 years. Jeremy's first job is our field estimator supervisor. He or one of his technicians visits our future customers' home and gathers the information for Stan to evaluate and bid the project. When our customers do meet Jeremy they say he is a sweetheart. Jeremy has also been trained by Paul to be our Velux Skylight Repair Technician. He handles all of the warranty calls we get from Velux or from our normal sources. Jeremy has become very versatile at our company as he has many other just as important duties that are too numerous to mention here. Jeremy has recently been promoted to a Skylight Repair Technician. He does this job and all the other above jobs too!
Luke: Luke is our in house field estimator for residential and local commercial skylight repair projects. Luke also is our Solar Hot Water expert as well as our new Energy Auditing Expert.
Newly Hired: We hire new personnel every summer and hang on to the best of them through the winter months. Danny, Derek and Jonathan are new hires. Danny is Rob's (Owner) son and will be working full time as soon as he graduates from college. Derek has mastered the estimating in the field and is now being trained on residential repair work. Derek has also traveled on Commercial jobs. Jonathan worked for us for a year prior to moving to Wisconsin for a year and now he is back working in the Commercial Division.
Office Personnel
Joe: Joe is the oldest employee at our company and is a retired government employee. Joe does payroll, job-costing and many other office duties. We couldn't do what we do without him!
Sarah: Sarah is our office manager and has been with the company since she was in high school! She did take a leave of absence for college, a career, got married and had a child. But now she is back and we couldn't live without her. She works part-time so she can spend time with her family. Speaking of family she is now pregnant with child and is expecting next January!
Paul: Paul is in charge of our commercial division and also the PCN program. Paul started out working in the field, still oversees our Velux Repair Technician work and has been with us for 5 years. Paul puts a lot of laughter into our lives and makes being in our offices that much brighter.
Stan: Stan is another 5 year employee that is in charge of our skylight repair and installation estimating department. Stan visits residential homes for new skylight installation bids and does all of the repair estimating and bidding as well. Stan foes a terrific job at juggling all his duties and is a very busy man, especially since his new wife had a baby girl, Lea, on 5/19/07.
Trisha: Trisha was hired to replace Anna, while Anna is in Europe. She has been a wonderful surprise as she has learned our systems quickly and is very pleasant to be around! We are looking forward to this ex-Iowan being around for a long time to come.
Kevin: Kevin has known Rob for fifteen years. Kevin and Rob own a sperate business together but he has decided to come to work for Rob full time as a National Salesman and Project Manager. Kevin brings to our team a wealth of experience and knowledge in the construction industry and will be able to manage our commercial jobs with extreme efficiency!
Rob: Well, Rob is the President, so of course he doesn't do much of anything except get in the way! Yeah, right! He has been doing this kind of work for a living since 1975 and provides the support that our employees need to get the job done right.
