Rob Packard, President of Skylight Specialists, Inc., was asked to help form a nonprofit company, called DAWG Nation Hockey Foundation and serves on their board along with many other great people.
We had many fundraisers in our inaugural year in 2011, raising over $90,000.00.
We gave funds out to seven different people in 2011, such as a referee that was hurt at work, a DAWG player that has cancer, and another DAWG player that had a serious leg injury. See DAWGS website for more details on these and the other recipients.
In 2012 we have helped a young man named Cody Beekman who was injured in a car accident. The picture above shows us supporting him while is was in the hospital.
