Rob Packard, the owner of Skylight Specialists, Inc. is a member of DTC Rotary They meet @ Glenmoor Country Club on Tuesdays at noon.

Rob is currently (2008-2009)President-Elect and will be President of the club in the 2009-2010 year. Rob also is involved in Interact which is a Rotary Club for freshman through seniors at Thomas Jefferson High School.
